OUR PHILOSOPHY
Guided by our philosophy “our customers are our partners” we help our customers to develop a technical field thus prospering them a head of the competition as well as increase the quality of their production hence a decrease in electrical energy consumption. We work hand in hand with strong manufacturers in the world with a serious back up office, with aim to fulfill our client’s regular and special requirements for quality equipment.
RESPONSE TO THE MARKET
Compared to our many competitors Socabelec EA has all trades within its company. This increases our responsibility for origination within the projects. The collaboration brought closer within our customers, brings us to a partnership instead of the traditional customer-supplier relation.
INVOLVEMENT IN MAJOR PROJECT
Before commencing our business operation, since it’s a very demanding operation we need to be fully informed of any existing technology in the market or be the first ones to know of the technology that is being introduced in our every day lives, this way we are able to put ourselves in the same level as our competitors hence creating little competition.
FUTURE BUSINESS PLANS/PROJECTS
Being a new company and having faced the challenges of operating our business we can assure our clients that in the near future running our business will be a smooth flow, since we’ve known what the market is all about and the needs of the clients (customers) we can always come up with a solution to the problems they face in their day to day operations.
AWARDS RECEIVED
The best program is the path we have chosen to achieve business excellence. It describes a set of methods and tools by which we continuously improve our efforts. So far we’ve not received any award but we’ve received a positive feed back from different clients/companies.

Diversity throughout our organization is one of the attributes that affect where Socabelec EA is going in future. That is why we are committed to fostering and maintaining a work environment where every employee feels included, valued and respected. The diversity of our people is what makes Socabelec EA different-and the thing that makes us different makes us better. Our employees work in different work groups and locations but strive to sustain an atmosphere that fosters our values and beliefs. Currently the company has; one administrator, three engineers, five technicians and four unskilled work force.

MISSION
In October 2003, a branch in Nairobi, Kenya to serve East Africa was opened with one Belgium engineer to manage and teach the new Kenyan team about the new technology in the different fields proposed by Socabelec SA (Belgium) the mother company of Socabelec East Africa.
With competent management staff and modern technology we have been able to be in the leading edge in providing products and services in the fields of energy, power solutions, automation and industrial electricity to our esteemed clients in Kenya.
Socabelec East Africa has trained professionals working around the clock to ensure that our customers are satisfied. In service for almost three years Socabelec EA provides its customers a comprehensive array of technological products including; engineering, installation, supply, after sale services and maintenance.
Not only do our products and services meet the company stringent standards for quality and reliability, but also remain at the leading edge of the new era technology.
