Socabelec East Africa Operations Review Team ensures that Socabelec establishes, documents, implements and maintains a scaleable Quality Management System for managing effective, global business operations.

The Director, Management and Staff of Socabelec East Africa consider the quality aspects of the organization to be a primary factor in the continued success of the company.

Continuous analysis and improvement, our ability to change and react to market requirements assists us in achieving customer satisfaction, therefore the security and prosperity of the company.

The company is solidly committed to establish and maintain an effective quality system, which meets the requirements of ISO9001.2000 and helps maintain Socabelec as a leader in the industrial electricity, robotics, and automation and instrumentation field among others.

All of our staff, throughout the group will be trained to fully understand, effectively implement and maintain the complete ISO9001 strategy.

We will measure the effectiveness of our business objectives through controlled audit procedures and at Group and Branch Management/Business review meetings.
